The World's Most Liveable City is Melbourne (4th Year Running)

CNN has reported that The Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) has released it's annual survey on liveability. The list of cities has not changed since 2011 and Melbourne comes in first again for the fourth time. 

Click here for what factors go into making a city livable like culture, environment and infrastructure. Interesting to note that a huge decline has taken place this year in big European cities since the crisis in Ukraine. Also, Baghdad is not included in the survey.
